These two side by side single family homes were so deeply loved by their owners, one of which inherited both properties when their grandparents and parents passed away. As the owners got older, it became harder to maintain both properties in addition to their own home and they began to deteriorate from sitting vacant. Even though these properties felt like the last connection to their loved ones, they knew it was time to allow the properties to be restored and enjoyed by their next owners, and that their family would want them to enjoy the proceeds for retirement. We walked the properties together, gave them our cash offers, they accepted, and we closed on both properties 3 weeks later!
